This place gave us a suite with a great view, WiFi, and very comfortable beds, we'd definitely come back for another stay.

Nice place to stay in Wadi Musa, if compared to other hotels. Had such great stay overall, charming place and the weather was calm. I was offered a particularly nice and sensational breakfast at locals. Its location on a hill was unique. Besides, it was not far from a restaurant and Petra.

the room was very traditional and the view over the valley was magnificent. the location turned out to be particularly good, just next door to the hill with a great view and the restaurant.

The room was spacious and had convenient amenities like a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. The service was fantastic, and the hotel had parking nearby. The well-maintained pool and sensational breakfasts were impressive. The location was conveniently close to Petra, the hill, and transportation.

The hotel complex is quite cool and individual with a beautiful view over Petra, but the friendliness of the staff leaves much to be desired. Also the food was not necessarily the roar, particularly since there was nothing to eat outside of the "meals" in this hotel.

Everything was very good, beautifully decorated and well-appointed room with the view. All the staff was especially helpful, solved my issues. The service was good during my stay. Besides, I was able to park nearby.

This place is spotless, and you get to wake up with views of the mountains from your cozy, old-fashioned rooms. The rooms are pretty nice with awesome views, super comfy beds, and free WiFi to keep you connected. Plus, the staff here is just wonderful! 😊

Wifi did not work in the room; pool and gym closed; staff not very friendly and uncoordinated; complex located next to a mosque (first wake-up at 4.30 am)

had an amazing experience at a hotel with a village atmosphere and 5 star facilities. Spacious & comfortable rooms, excellent buffet breakfast & dinner, friendly staff, quick check-in/out. Will definitely come back!

Reception was unhelpful. Food and facilities not up to four star.

The gentlemen at reception (Mr Mohamed in particular) was outstanding.

Unfortunately nobody else came close to being even average in your front office and among the bell boys and cleaners. Too many people unpleasantly staring at women with very little work inside the hotel.The restaurant was classy. But again people should be polite when looking/staring at women.
